Shipping Estimates
Australia Wide Standard Shipping
- Flat rate of $7.50 AUD parcel post, tracked
- Delivery estimate of 3-8 business days after processing .
- Buy multiple items just the one flat rate.
Australia Wide Express Shipping:
- Estimated delivery 1-3 business days after processing
- Postage times vary on delivery location within Australia. Item is sent from Albury, NSW.

International Shipping Estimate
International Shipping includes USA, UK, New Zealand and Asia.
- Shipping time estimate: 10-18 business days after processing (2 - 3 weeks).
- This is only an estimate based on experience and customer feedback.
- We recommend ordering 4 weeks before you need the order, as shipping is slow and can be unpredictable internationally during seasonally busy periods
- If ordering for Christmas then ordering by the 28th of November is advised.

- Please note, if you are shipping to Canada, France, Italy and other international destinations, the estimated delivery time I estimate 4-5 weeks postage.
Can I have text on the bowl of the spoon?
- Yes, this is a new option from mid 2018.
- I have one front "Bridgette" that I am able to put on the bowl (no capitals at the moment)
- Only available on certain products
Can I have words on both sides?
- No, hand stamping leaves a small scuff mark on the opposite side, for aesthetic reasons word can not go on both sids of the handle.
Why are spoons with text hand stamping on the bowl of the spoon more expensive?
- To hand stamp on a curved surface requires special tools and takes longer to perfect letter placement, as a result wastage occurs and more labour is required.
Care instructions
- Spoons are thick good quality stainless steel.
- Dishwasher safe.
- They are designed to be used everyday.
Where will the text be placed on the spoon?
- Handle.
- Text goes on the handle of spoon.
- The starting point of a phrase starts at the tip of the cutlery piece and travels toward the bowl (eating part) of the spoon.
- Unless requested otherwise the spoons come standard this way.
- If you would like your phrase to travel the other way (the thinner end of the handle toward the thicker end) sometimes this can be arranged. It usually depends on what is being placed on the spoon.Some letters / symbols / numbers do not fit at the thinner end of the handle. Please contact me before purchase if you have questions about this.

- Some listings have the option for text on the bowl of the spoon.
- Unless mentioned then the text is on the handle of the spoon.
